Karin Lisack, Program Management Office
Karin Lisack’s experience has spanned the public and private sectors with over 16 years of experience in strategy consulting and strategic planning, IT tool implementation, vendor management, program management, PMO initiation and operations, data and financial analysis, business transformation and business analysis, and IT policy/governance. She has extensive experience in both data and business process analysis to provide fact-based information to guide and shape transformation-related process and organization target states. She has established and run several PMOs for clients, led numerous solution design sessions, and formed and coordinated Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) in support of many client engagements. In her current work at a cabinet-level federal agency, she successfully re-designed and launched the agency’s new version of its project planning and management life cycle for IT projects and is currently providing training to project managers. She is performing similar work at a federal regulatory agency. She also has an extensive procurement and strategic sourcing background.
Karin received her MBA from The McDonough School of Business at Georgetown University. While there she also earned her International Business Diplomacy Honors Certificate from the School of Foreign Service. Her undergraduate degree in economics is from The Pennsylvania State University. She also holds the PMP certification. She lives in Virginia with her husband and two sons.
